B. Details of Business Transacted by the Research Analyst with Respect to Investors
- To publish research reports based on research activities conducted by the Research Analyst.
- To provide an independent and unbiased view on securities.
- To offer unbiased recommendations while disclosing any financial interests in the recommended securities.
- To provide research recommendations based on analysis of publicly available information and known observations.
- To conduct an annual audit.
C. Details of Services Provided to Investors

- Onboarding of clients.
- Disclosure to clients.
- Distribution of research reports and recommendations to clients without discrimination.
- Maintaining confidentiality regarding research reports until they are made available in the public domain.
D. Grievance Redressal Mechanism and How to Access It
In case of any grievance or complaint, an investor should approach the concerned Research Analyst and ensure that the grievance is resolved within 30 days.
If the investor's complaint is not satisfactorily redressed, they may lodge a complaint with SEBI through the SCORES portal, a centralized web-based complaint redressal system. SEBI takes up complaints registered via SCORES with the concerned intermediary for timely resolution. SCORES also facilitates complaint status tracking.

Do's
- Always deal with SEBI-registered Research Analysts.
- Ensure that the Research Analyst has a valid registration certificate.
- Verify the SEBI registration number.

- Make payments to your Research Analyst only through banking channels and maintain signed receipts.
- Check the research recommendations before buying securities or applying for public offers.
- Ask relevant questions and clarify doubts before acting on recommendations.
- Inform SEBI if any Research Analyst offers assured or guaranteed returns.
Don'ts
- Do not provide investment funds to the Research Analyst.
- Do not fall prey to misleading advertisements or market rumours.
- Do not get attracted by limited-period discounts, gifts, or incentives offered by Research Analysts.
- Do not share trading or demat account login credentials and passwords with the Research Analyst.
